These are the Words that defines "ANGER" in a more simpler way.

Changing in this state can be spontaneous, gradual, intentional, unknowingly, hate, love whatever be the reason...
But suppressing it brings lots of mental tension...
Uneasiness stress and even suicide....

But What is the humble way?
"patience" ... That's really tough to Do.....

other way is refraining from source that will make you MAD..But that's not easy as well...

Utilize this energy in more aggressive but positive form. Humans are made up of "bones, water, flesh and tissues" originating from a seed.

Its good to be angry but.... Don't subdue,
let it come out in making things perfect(in future).

I believe majority of the people are selfish...

if 90 selfish people think that a fugitive is good as a leader ..So it be .... that is now called as "Democracy..."

I and you are the rest of 10 percent who's views are changed and mapped according to the fugitive leader selected by those 90 percent selfish people...

MUMBAI: Shiv Sainiks went on a rampage in Mumbai and other parts of the state on Sunday protesting against the "desecration" of a statue of Meenatai, the late wife of party chief Bal Thackeray, at Shivaji Park here. Several buses were burnt and stoned in Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad and other places across the state and shopkeepers were forced to down shutters.
